If your multiplier is 0.25, and you move the mouse 3 counts, 3. 0.25 is 0.75 and the pointer is not moved at all. You then move another 2 counts, and 2. 0.25 = 0.5 + the 0.75 from last time = 1.25 = now the pointer moves by 1. That's a very small effect (but bigger if you use small slider settings). Dustin (and many other people!) sent in news about this last night. To quote Dustin:
I’ve got another GMod addon to show off. This was going to be our entry into the funfest but we didn’t get it ready in time. It’s a gamemode based on the Chimera Lab section in Mother 3. One player spawns as the Chimera and the rest are Pigmasks. The Pigmask’s goal is to turn off the Chimera, and the Chimera’s goal is to kill all of the pigs.
Chimera can roar to fend off any surrounding pigs (it forces them to run a bit and they can’t press the button, afterwards they lose half their sprint) but there is a cooldown.
The Chimera model was ripped from Brawl (animated by my friend FluxMage) and the Pigmask he did from scratch. The gamemode’s not quite done yet but it’s still playable and extremely fun. Hope you enjoy the video.

HAHAHAHAHAH I want this! I am a TF2 sucker, and this is the perfect game for me.
Simply awesome. I liked how some of the people playing the mod didn’t realize it was inspired by another game, Mother 3. I wonder if this mod will help spread the word, on some level.
I am assuming that it is not ready for download since it isn’t quite finished yet, right?
This would have won a prize in the funfest for sure. It’s too bad that it didn’t get finished in time. I think starmen should award them something anyway ;P
How long did this take to make? Can the creators create a page with more info? I’d love to know more.

This is Dustin, I did all the scripting/programming.
We started about a week before the funfest ended, it was major crunch-time for us. We probably could have gotten some sort of version of it ready in time but it wouldn’t have been very polished. :p

I committed suicide (kill on counsel) just to avoid the UC! I was like “OH MY PORK! ITS GANNA GET ME!” They had to mute me since I was scared as ffff! Sorry If I was moody during the game. I get too excited…

Hoh! The Pigmask model is so impressive!! I love how he runs, jumps, and crouches when on roofs… craziness!

I need this. I NEED THIS. seriously, the models and animations are amazing. Somebody needs to create Mother 3 inspired maps, maybe some more models for non-chimera players (Colonel, Major, Andonuts in his trashcan?)

Man, that was mind boggling-ly fantastic! Just watching the video got me excited, made me laugh, and feel a sense of worry (where will the UC turn up next/ will it catch me?)! Great work, guys! Too bad about missing the Funfest though. You guys would have won for sure! You could always save it for next year (too long, huh).

That was awesome O.O
A few things that would make it even cooler:
1. Slower running so you can’t outrun the Chimera without eventually hiding.
2. Give the pigmasks blasters and have the option of other Chimera to make some maps harder.
3. Give the Chimera the ability to teleport when noone is a certain distance from him. So you really never know where he will be.
Man, I need to upgrade my computer and get Orange Box+Garry’s Mod.
You guys don’t have GMod? It’s like $10! Just go on Steam and get it. It’s quite simple!
I have Chimera Hunt installed BTW. It’s fun, but can scare the pants off of you at times.
